The First Move

Yeah dude! I guess I started this whole blog thing since it's easier to update than my news page for HTML, so its kind of an annex to the normal DoublePlusGood Webpage. But news...um so I have some cool things going on. My CD just got mastered and I'm SO excited. Its been two years of songwriting, recording, deciding songs suck, rerecording, getting inspired and skipping class to record songs, perfoming live, leaning, and just about any other musical experience you could imagine. The album is tenetively titled "Somehow Everyone I Know is Here Right Now", and contains 11 original songs, and remixes by Captain Ahab and Strategy , and all in all I'm real excited about it.

If you didn't check on my old news page either, I also had written a little something about NPR's open mic, which the song "A Note So High" was a feature song. It's kinda cool, you can hear a little blurb about my music etc and you can hear the song. Open Mic!!!.

A couple of shows coming up, March 19th @ Diablo's with Chris Robley and the Fear of Heighs . I'm also organizing a little Valentines Day benefit, email me more if you're interested.

Oh yeah, and I don't usually do this but uh... Go head' on and break em off wit a lil' preview of the Album.
